FIVE EASY STEPS TO WINE MAKING

 

Step #1:  Primary Fermentation

  1. Condition Water
  2. Add Juice Concentrate
  3. Top Up to 6 Gallons
  4. Check Specific Gravity
  5. Check Temperature and Add Yeast
  6. Cover and Ferment at 65-73 Degrees

Step #2: Secondary Fermentation

  1. Check Specific Gravity
  2. Rack into a Clean and Sterilized Carboy
  3. Attach Air Lock and Ferment at 65-73 Degrees

Step #3: Stabilizing and Clearing

  1. Check Specific Gravity
  2. Add Stabilizers and Vigorously Stir
  3. Add Clarifier and again Vigorously Stir
  4. Top Up and Attach Air Lock and keep at 65-73 Degrees.

Step #4: Racking and Clarification

  1. Rack into a Sterilized Carboy
  2. Top Up with Water (Bottled) or Similar Wine
  3. Attach Air Lock and Store at 65-73 Degrees

Step#5: Bottling

  • Clean and Sanitize 30 Wine Bottles
  • Siphon Wine into Bottles and Cork
  • Store Upright 3-5 Days, Then Lay on the Sides for at least 1 Month
